The kit is ideally suited for indoor and outdoor process control operations in the medium- to high-capacity ranges. Each module incorporates self-checking capabilities for thermal expansion and contraction.
The 1700HE offers precision-machined, weldless construction to maximize pressure wash-down cleaning effective ness. This design, coupled with integral jacking/shipping bolts, eases installation and minimizes maintenance costs. OIML C3-certified load cells in capacities from 44 lbs. to 11,000 lbs. provide accurate, consistent weighments. Ideal for multi-ingredient micro-batching applications, this load cell provides exceptional performance in hostile environments. This unique design isolates the load cell from side loads, overloads and under loads, minimizing load cell mechanical damage and eliminating the need for extraneous hardware. It offers a guaranteed waterproof rating to ensure reliable performance in moisture-laden environments.
The EZ Mount 1 weigh modules utilize the double-ended beam design with an articulating top plate to provide superior accuracy in any loading condition. The double-ended beam design means there is less cumbersome hardware and each module has a lower profile than modules of different configurations. FM approved RL70000 SS load cells give you accuracy and dependability in many applications, including intrinsically safe and explosion proof areas.
This kit offers a cost effective alternative for replacing the Toledo™ DigiTOL® 50K digital load cell. Our retrofit kit utilizes analog RC1 load cell, stainless steel and hermetically sealed to provide years of trouble-free service. Available in either eight or ten cell kits that include both upper and lower cups as well as a junction box.
