Filling pails, jugs and jerry cans can be done with automatic fillers, or semi-automatic fillers. Our liquid filling machines fill drums and pails with food products, flavorings, coatings, cleaning solutions, lube oils, just about every liquid on the market. We also have the most complete line of mobile and portable pail fillers in the industry. Pail filling rates range from 4 to 16 pails per minute. Pail filling systems come equipped with standard or custom made conveyor systems if needed.
This system requires empty containers to accumulate prior to the filling station. Bungs are removed and left on top of each container, prior to filling. A scale mounted powered conveyor drives each container on & off the fill station. The operator will replace the bung and place a cap or label while the next container is filling. Full containers will convey to a palletizer, accumulate in-line or be picked-up by fork truck.
Subsurface fillers provide a unique programmable product level tracking system to minimize foaming, reduce drips and maintain a clean lance. This is designed to provide accurate, subsurface liquid filling of palletized 55 gallon containers and totes.
